EPDM Wick

EPDM rubber is the best gasket material that can be used in areas that require resistance to sun and air oxidation, sea water, salt water, ozone cracking, and sealing in the system under extreme wind pressure. EPDM rubber wicks can be produced in the 40-95 shore range and can be used between (-50 and +130 C). Hot steam, boiling water, alcohol, acetone and chlorine are among the difficult usage areas of EPDM rubber wicks. EPDM rubber wicks are produced in different lengths, sections and hardness.

Silicone Wick

Silicone wicks are an element resistant to carbon and oxygen. We manufacture various types of silicone in accordance with different usage structures in different fields. It is resistant to very low and very high temperatures. - Resistant to 60 degrees cold and + 250 degrees heat. It is suitable for use in the food and pharmaceutical industry. It is suitable for use in all areas where hot water and steam are used on machines and covers.

NBR Wick

Nitrile rubber is preferred for oil and fuel sealing. This is the most advantageous feature compared to EPDM rubber. However, the resistance of NBR to ozone conditions is lower than EPDM and its temperature resistance is (max.) 110 oC. Its resistance to ozone conditions is lower than EPDM and its temperature resistance is (max.) 110 oC.
