Salmastralar

Aramid (Kevlar) packing

It is a packing made of Kevlar yarn and impregnated with Teflon and lubricants. It is used between -200°C and +300°C.

Usage areas
It is used in places exposed to much higher pressure than others. It can be used in rings, also in water pumps in slurry, steel mines, paper industry and power stations.
-Pure graphite packing
It is knitted from low-sulphur expanded graphite yarn reinforced with cotton yarn or fiberglass. This packing provides good thermal permeability, chemical resistance and high flexibility. In addition, it does not damage the shaft and shafts with its low coefficient of friction. Graphite packings have a wide range of uses that can be used throughout a facility. This material works under high pressure, high temperature where sealing is very important;
. Hydroelectric power plants, Paper mills, Power plants
. Valves used in refineries and industry, Pumps
. It is used in expansion joints, mixers operating at high temperatures.

Pure PTFE packing

Pure Teflon (PTFE) packings have excellent corrosion resistance, self-lubricating and non-sticking properties. This material is also a material with low thermal capacity, cold flow capability and large thermal expansion.

Scope of application:
It is a general purpose material for most environments. It is a type of packing suitable for low pressure valve and low speed shafts.
.Food industry
.Pharmaceutical factories
.Paper industry
.It is used in places where corrosion resistance and purity sensitivity are required, such as synthetic fiber industry.

Graphite PTFE packing

Graphite PTFE Thread is a homogeneous material developed by processing high quality PTFE resin and graphite powder. It has a low coefficient of friction and thermal permeability. It can be used in most chemical environments.

This packing is knitted from graphite PTFE yarns. Its stable high thermal conductivity provides an effective seal especially at high temperatures and speeds. Since there are no free graphite particles on its surface, it causes very little contamination.

Application Areas: Widely used in piston and gear pumps, valves. It gives better results than pure PTFE seals, especially in high speed and hot environments.

Ramie packing

It is knitted from high quality ramie fibers impregnated with PTFE. The packing is then thoroughly impregnated with a special PTFE dispersion again. It does not stain the working environment and does not damage the shaft and shafts. Fields of Application: It is widely used in pumps, refineries, filters and valves used in the malting industry, beverage industry and ship industry.
