Rubber Based Products

Kauçuk Bazlı Lastik Levhalar

NBR (Nitrile)

Nitrile is specially formulated to prevent oil effects, meaning it can retain its mechanical properties even when in direct contact with oil and grease.

Our product range is specifically built to withstand high temperature contacts with industrial oils, hydrocarbons.

Nitrile rubber is mainly used in special applications in the manufacture of gaskets and other elements for industrial environments. It can be produced at the desired shore value.

SBR (Styrene butadiene rubber)

SBR rubber is the most widely used type of synthetic rubber. Compared to natural rubber, SBR rubber has better machinability, heat resistance. However, it has lower properties than natural rubber in terms of elongation, hot tear strength, flexibility and tensile properties. It can be produced at the desired shore value.

Sandblast rubber sheet

Sandblasting rubber sheet is a high-strength and soft material used for surface coating in sandblasting rooms. Sandblasting rubber sheets are safely used under machines that create vibration and noise. Sandblasting rubber is the most resistant product to abrasion and friction due to its high rubber ratio. Sandblasting rubber sheet is the most reliable product in textile grinding machines, sandblasting machines and apparatus, marble processing machines. Sandblasted rubber sheets meet the gasket requirement at high value in high pressure environments where absolute sealing is required. Sandblasting rubber sheet is produced in certain lengths and dimensions.

EPDM (Ethylene propylene diene)

Epdm rubber is manufactured from high-density rubber primarily used for outdoor applications. It has dynamic and mechanical properties between natural rubber and synthetic rubber.

EPDM rubber is a versatile material that can be used in many different applications, from automotive products to HVAC parts.

EPDM rubber is a cheaper alternative to silicone and with proper use it can last for a long time, saving you time and money.

Silicone

If you need a rubber product that must withstand heavy-duty environments, silicone rubber may be a good choice for your applications. Silicone rubber sheets offer the possibility of use at high temperatures, with the ability to work between temperatures of -100 C and +250 C.

In extreme temperatures, tensile strength, elongation, tear strength can be far superior to conventional rubbers.

FKM (Fluorocarbon) Viton

Viton material has been developed for high performance and high strength. It is frequently used in many industries such as the automotive, petroleum, appliance and chemical industries. It has earned a reputation for outstanding performance in very hot and extremely corrosive environments.

It is a suitable material for automotive, marine and other industries. According to your demands, we can offer you sheets, rolls or cuts in desired sizes.

Latex Levha

It can be used for sealing oil, gasoline, water, alcohol, grease and most liquids. It can be used in connections with motors, pumps, pipes and flanges.
