Flange gaskets

Flange gaskets in accordance with international standards are produced in our own production facilities. We manufacture gaskets in standard sizes (15 ~ 1000 mm) and non-standard special sizes from the materials introduced in our catalog.

Mica gaskets

Mica gaskets are ideal for thermal and electrical insulation of various heating elements used in household and industrial appliances such as hair dryers, tumble dryers, stoves, and many applications where excellent resistance to thermal, mechanical and electrical properties is required. Mica gaskets that we cut from flexible micanite plates can withstand temperatures up to 1000°C.

This micanite gasket usually consists of about 90% natural mica powder mixed with 10% silicone binder. Flexible micanite plates are extremely suitable for thermal and electrical insulation of various heating elements.

The normal flexible phlogopite version of mica gaskets is widely used for gaskets / mica gaskets (exhaust manifolds) in petrochemical, chemical, oil and gas, fuel cells, gas turbines. Mica raw material is also used as a filling material for spiral wound gaskets or profile gaskets.

Silicone gaskets

We cut many kinds of silicone rubber gaskets for our stock. Silicone has excellent weatherproof properties and overcomes both hot and extremely cold temperatures; resists ozone and oxygen attack. A long service life in the 93°C to 204°C range can be expected. We cut silicone rubber gaskets from silicone sheet.

Silicone gaskets are odorless and tasteless, making them ideal for certain surgical and food processing applications. Typically heat resistant and rubber-like Silicone rubber gaskets are used in a variety of industries including:
Silicone gaskets cut by us have excellent insulating properties.
VMQ seals are perfect for use with office machines (keyboards).
Surgery and Food Processing (application requiring high biocompatibility)
The FDA-approved material properties of silicone gaskets mean they are safe for use in the food industry.
Silicone gaskets are used in the chemical industry.

VMQ silicone seals themselves have poor resistance to oils, fuels and hydrocarbons. Gaskets made of silicone perform fairly when exposed to acids, alkalis and solvents. Silicone gasket has reasonable physical properties (pull, wear, tear and shear growth).

EPDM gaskets

EPDM gaskets are often used in weatherproof gaskets and as a source of noise reduction in the automotive industry. EPDM rubber is an excellent source for rubber seals and sealing against atmospheric conditions such as sunlight, ozone, wind and rain. EPDM gaskets can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to 120°C.

EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber gaskets are recommended for applications that will withstand animal and vegetable oils, ozone, strong and oxidizing chemicals.

EPDM Seals are used in sealing environments that are not exposed to petroleum oils, gasoline, kerosene, aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons, halogenated solvents and concentrated acid petroleum oils or hydrocarbon dilutions, diester-based lubricants, or high concentrations of chlorine or sodium.

EPDM Gaskets have excellent tear and abrasion resistance and are chemically resistant to a wide range of acids, alkalis, alcohols and oxidants.

Gaskets made of EPDM rubber are recommended for:

phosphate ester based hydraulic fluids,
this,
silicone oils and greases,
dilute acids, dilute alkalis, ketones,
alcohol and automotive brake fluids.

Apps:
irrigation, water treatment, commercial swimming pool / water features, certain industrial, process piping, chilled water systems and more.

Rubber seals

When looking for a high performance seal, rubber seals often lack the ability to stay durable when an application comes into contact with oils. For these cases, consider using gaskets made of oil resistant rubber - Nitrile Butadiene Rubber, also known as NBR.

Nitrile NBR gasket material is one of the few rubbers that is particularly resistant to petroleum, mineral and vegetable oils, as well as to some acid solutions and water. These industrial oil resistant rubber seals are commonly found in automotive, aerospace, food service and sewer applications due to their special oil resistant properties.

NBR seals have a maximum Temperature Range of ~ -54°C to 121°C and very good resistance to oils, solvents and fuels. Nitrile rubber seals show good wear resistance, cold flow, tear resistance. We cut NBR gaskets, which are preferred in all kinds of applications, including Nitrogen or Helium, according to customer dimensions.

The NBR gaskets we cut have poor resistance to UV, ozone and weather conditions. Oil resistant seals also have poor resistance to ketones and chlorinated hydrocarbons. For these purposes, you can use EPDM gaskets.

SBR rubber gaskets are recommended for service in cold and hot water, air, steam and some weak acids. It should not be used with strong acids, oils, grease and chlorates. It provides little resistance to ozone and most hydrocarbons. They have excellent wear resistance and are inexpensive. We can cut complex or simple designs of SBR gaskets for you.

Viton gaskets

Viton® Gasket, also known as FKM, is the perfect solution for the chemical industry. Viton® gasket sheet material is easy to cut gaskets from flat gaskets, door gaskets and other industrial applications. Viton® is a high technology. Elastomer designed for extreme heat, oil and chemical resistance from -10°C to +250°C.

Viton® gaskets are resistant to aliphalactic aromatic and halogenated hydrocarbons, concentrated acids, alkalis, animal and vegetable oils. Viton® seals are good for applications involving oils, fuels and mineral acids and these seals from FKM also have excellent resistance to oxidation, ozone, UV rays, weathering, fungus and mold.

While also having some chemical resistance, other elastomers are much less resistant universally than their Viton® gasket counterparts, which are subject to degradation from exposure to air and ozone.

Standard Viton® gaskets are available in stock or custom made to your specifications. We can cut Viton® gaskets for you according to your specific size and design.

Viton® is a registered trademark of DuPont Performance Elastomers.

Graphite gaskets

Graphite gaskets are made from an all-graphite gasket layer with no resin or inorganic fillers and can withstand temperatures up to 550°C. Graphite gaskets are available with or without metal inserts and adhesive tape.

Flexible Graphite gaskets have exceptional corrosion resistance to a wide variety of acids, alkalis and salt solutions, organic compounds and heat transfer fluids, even at elevated temperatures.

We supply only proven metal-reinforced flexible graphite laminate materials that are ideal for 95% of all sheet gasket applications. We offer flexible graphite laminates with a branded surface for easy identification. Graphite gaskets meet refinery, petrochemical and industrial service requirements.

Copper gaskets

We supply custom made copper gaskets for motor heads. Copper provides the following benefits: 1. Conductivity. Copper is the standard by which all other conductors are measured, so a copper gasket provides superior thermal conductivity, balancing head and block temperatures, making adjustment easy.

2. 25% coefficient of elasticity. One of the properties of copper is that it will stretch before a catastrophic failure, thus providing an extra measure of safety in the event of a violent explosion.
Spiral wound gaskets

Some of the Metallic gaskets include Spiral wound gaskets, Camprophyll Gaskets, Metal jacketed gaskets and Ring Type Joints, Rubber-to-metal gaskets.
Spiral wound gaskets and the rest of the metallic gaskets are actually considered to be a semi-metallic gasket style composed of metallic and non-metallic materials.
Metal is responsible for the strength of the gasket, and non-metallic materials provide the sealing component.
Spiral wound gaskets and other non-soft gasket types provide preferred sealing options where higher temperatures and higher pressures are a factor.
We supply coated serrated metal core gaskets, metal jacketed gaskets, annular joints and MRIs (metal reinforced gaskets). We can cut custom metal gaskets and plates for both industrial and decorative purposes. Metallic seals have a long shelf life. What we offer:
Semi-metallic and metallic seals for higher temperature and higher pressure applications.
Emergency service is always available with non-standard or standard seals.
A wide variety of metals and fillers are available for every application of metallic gaskets.
3. Power. Copper (in the form we use) has a tensile strength of about 2206 bar, compare that to the 82 to 100 bar strain of most coating materials used in conventional performance head gaskets.
